This course will cover the duties of licensees representing clients, licensee’s relationships with consumers, their duties to the client, as well as to a consumer. It will further include dual agency and disclosure as described in Article 15—Agency Relationships.

This course will include the Civil Rights Act of 1866, the Federal Housing Act of 1968, and the amendments to the Act in 1988. The course will review prohibited acts, exemptions to the act, enforcement and penalties, equal opportunity provisions and the American Disabilities Act.
